Success in Action: Covid-19 Vaccine Scheduling

Challenge:
Like many practices, one major U.S. hospital group sought our help to coordinate and schedule vaccinations for over 150,000 medical staff at over 150 hospitals.

Solution:
In the short span of just over a week, our team put together a stand-alone solution and environment, trained their staff on how to use our software for this specific purpose, and launched the entire program while the first shipments of the vaccine were arriving.

Outcome:
In just five days, we enabled their staff to self-schedule and complete over 35,000 appointments and also provided them an incredible amount of control and structure to manage demand as new supplies of the vaccine arrive. We’ve helped them schedule over 385,000* appointments to date (*updated as of May 14, 2021).
