Patient receives a text or email to complete registration and pay their copay before their appointment
 
1 hour before their appointment, patients receive a text notification to let the practice know they have arrived
 
Front desk staff are notified regarding the arrival and can review the status of registration
 
Staff can send a message to the patient to complete additional forms or that they are ready for the patient
