Preliminary Implementation Results with AGA

ATLANTA, GeorgiaAtlanta Gastroenterology Associates (AGA) has integrated Radix Health's scheduling and relationship management software, DASH, and the company has recently released preliminary results of the implementation. With nearly 100 physicians and 40 advanced practice professionals, AGA is one of the largest independent gastroenterology groups in the country. The system was implemented in the company's centralized call center, which is responsible for scheduling patients across 44 offices and 13 endoscopy centers. Radix Health's software, DASH, has significantly improved scheduling efficiency and accuracy, thus improving patient access throughout AGA.

Prior to the implementation of DASH, Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates experienced many problems with its scheduling, including long call times, scheduling errors and suboptimal utilization of provider time.  Since deploying Radix Health's DASH at the centralized call center, AGA has experienced significant improvements. Now, AGA call times have dropped by 30%, and the organization is experiencing a 2.65% improvement in capacity utilization, and a 99% improvement in scheduling accuracy.
