Radix Health Expands Leadership Team, adds Emily Tyson as SVP, Strategy & Operations, and Nilesh Kajale as VP, Engineering

ATLANTA, Georgia - Radix Health, Inc., a growing provider of cutting-edge patient access technologies, has appointed Ms. Emily Tyson as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations and Mr. Nilesh Kajale as Vice President of Engineering.

Tyson brings extensive experience creating, implementing, and scaling new initiatives and will be leveraging this experience to further Radix Health’s growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships while operationalizing key internal functions, including Finance and HR. Kajale brings deep expertise in scaling engineering teams and development frameworks, as well as in engineering and development management, which will enable Radix Health to accelerate its trajectory.

Before joining Radix Health, Tyson built and scaled the Product Strategy, Product Management, and User Experience functions for naviHealth to support the company’s health plan and health system businesses. Previously, Tyson worked across Strategy, Business Development, M&A, Integration, Emerging Markets and other functions to introduce new solutions, partnerships, and operational improvements in her roles at Curaspan and athenahealth.

Ms. Tyson received her Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. Ms. Tyson will relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr Kajale was most recently Software Development & Delivery Manager at AutoDesk where he lead strategic engineering initiatives that coordinated teams across the globe. Prior to AutoDesk, in his engineering leadership role at Delcam, he built, scaled and managed Engineering, QA, Product Management and UX functions for its India unit and was responsible for several products from their inception to maturity.

Mr Kajale received his Masters in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, India, and Bachelors degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune.
