Founders of Mint.com, Navicure and Curaspan to Join Expanded Board
ATLANTA, Georgia — Radix Health, LLC, which provides cutting-edge patient access solutions, today announced an expansion of its Advisory Board, adding three members who bring a wealth of entrepreneurial and healthcare delivery leadership to the company.
The Advisory Board will include Aaron Patzer, CEO of Vital Software and previously VP of Product Innovation at Intuit and Founder of Mint.com; Jim Denny, Chairman and Founder of Navicure; and Ken Manning, previously Co-Founder and COO of Curaspan.
Aaron Patzer is Founder of Vital Software and serves its CEO. Previously, Aaron founded Mint Software, Inc. (Mint.com), in 2006 and served as its Chief Executive Officer prior to its acquisition by Intuit. Aaron later became Vice President of Product Innovation at Intuit. An avid investor, Aaron has invested in numerous companies including Layer, Double Dutch, Prism Skylabs and Health Tap, among others. Aaron holds an MSEE from Princeton University and a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
Jim Denny was the founder, director and CEO of Navicure® from the company's founding in 2001 through the successful acquisition of ZirMed® in November of 2017 when it became one of the largest revenue cycle management companies in the country. In 2017 Jim transitioned to become Chairman of the combined company, WayStar. Jim graduated from St. Lawrence University with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. He holds an M.B.A. degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
Ken Manning was a co-founder and COO of Curaspan Health Group, the national SaaS leader in post-acute patient transition management. Curaspan was acquired by Cardinal Health in 2016. Ken served as the integration lead to merge Curaspan Health Group and RightCare Solutions (a technology analytics company acquired by Cardinal Health in December of 2015) into the Navihealth business. Ken was formerly with CSC Index and Deloitte Consulting working on technology and operations strategy projects. Ken is a graduate of Duke University, where he earned a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business.
