We are looking for a smart, energetic engineer who is passionate about not only developing great software, but also directly helping customers with their technical challenges.  This role has two primary functions. First, drive overall product quality through test development and the advancement of testing tools. Second, support customers with all their technical challenges such as technical training, integration development, and issue support. You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering as well as the rest of the development team to advance the entire Radix platform and ensure customer success. As a member of our agile team you will have the opportunity to wear many hats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with our engineering team to design, develop and implement test across the entire Radix platform

  • Track down and document product issues

  • Act as a liaison between the development team and customers to resolve issues and implement custom solutions

  • Assume additional technical responsibilities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field

  • Working knowledge of software development best practices including source code control, testing (TDD/BDD), documentation, etc.

  • Solid experience coding in Java

  • Strong linux background

  • Experience with cloud based services and architectures

  • A demonstrated track record for accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines

  • Excellent debugging/optimization skills

We are looking for System Administrator / Dev Ops to play a key role in determining how the Radix platform can deployed to leading medical groups. As a System Administrator you will be responsible for controlling product deployments, version cycles, and establishing procedures to control how software is deployed.

  • Strong knowledge of configuration for HTTP Servers ( Apache or Nginx )

Angular JS Developer

(Pune, India)


We are looking for an AngularJS Developer responsible for key products used by clinics and patients. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. The artistic design will be delivered to you, together with a few HTML templates. You will work in a team with the back-end developer, and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering a complete front end application
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself

We are looking for a Design Consultants to play a key role in determining how the Radix platform can optimize patient access for leading medical groups around the country. As Design Consultant, you'll be focused on understanding customers' patient access challenges, scheduling and referral management workflows , and providers' area of expertise through quantitative and qualitative methodologies.  You'll be helping analyze large amounts of data as well interviewing key stakeholders ranging from patients to staff to physicians.  We are looking for someone who thrives as part of a team, loves process improvement, thinks critically, and is a really strong communicator.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or BS, with degrees in systems and industrial engineering or business preferred
